SBA assistance made available to Ellis County residents

Ellis County residents impacted by the recent storms now have access to the Small Business Administration’s home disaster loans, business physical disaster loans, and economic injury disaster loans.

Gov. Greg Abbott announced the SBA’s low-interest loan programs’ availability on Wednesday for North Texas residents, which also includes Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant counties.

“These disaster declarations will provide impacted Texans with access to low-interest loans to help them rebuild and recover,” Abbott said in a statement. “Texas is home to the best emergency management team in the nation, and I thank them for responding to these simultaneous, multifaceted challenges. Working together with our federal partners, we will ensure Texans across the state have what they need to move forward.”
